Troy Moore – Owner / Designer

Troy

Fred Powers – Project Manager / Trim Carpenter

Fred
had his construction debut 26 years ago as an Apprentice Trim Carpenter.  Throughout his career, he has been a Home Builder, Project Manager and has successfully run his own trim business, Fred Powers Construction, for the past 20 years.   Fred’s attention to detail, keen eye and willingness to tackle any design challenge has led him to be one of Kansas City’s finest carpenters.  His work has been featured in many magazines and in every award-winning Madi Mali home.  Fred is also in charge of all technical aspects and construction of our custom furniture pieces for TKTF Furnishings…our latest design venture, featuring custom furniture and original accessories to be featured in our projects, as well as being sold to the public.  Fred’s upbeat personality, dedication and willingness to sing at the top of his lungs on command make him one of the best in the business. We are so thankful for his partnership and contribution to our beautiful projects!

Kelly Stripling – Office Manager / Designer

Kelly began her career, after graduating from Central Missouri State University, by teaching rambunctious first graders for seven years.  After teaching, Kelly began developing her design portfolio by becoming one of Kansas City’s accomplished muralist, faux-finishers and designers.  Her work was featured in multiple KC Symphony Designer’s Showhouses as well as for builders with homes in the annual HBA “Parade of Homes”.  Kelly enjoys flexing her arms for everyone, as a result of her hard work as a CrossFit trainer and former gym owner and plays an integral role in Madi Mali Homes.  She is also in charge of curating our unique collection of furniture and accessories as we launch TKTF Furnishings, featuring one-of-a kind pieces to be used in our projects as well as sold to the public.  Her willingness to do anything to get the job done makes her extremely valuable and a true pleasure to be around.
